Ordering the right size for your custom-designed OKGN Collar is important to ensure your dog’s comfort. Taking accurate measurements assures a perfect fit and helps you avoid the inconvenience of returns due to sizing issues.

Measuring your dog’s neck for a collar is quick and easy. Using a fabric tape measure, gently wrap it just above the base of your dog’s neck, as shown in the picture provided. This number will be your base measurement. To allow for extra space around the neck, add 2 inches to your base measurement. This extra length is needed because the diameter of the beads on our collars are wider than standard flat collars, which affects the way the collar fits your dog.

For example, if the neck measures 18 inches, add 2 inches and order a size 20. If the neck measures 21 inches, add 2 inches and order a size 23.
